PRICE

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars by cash, credit cards and wire transfer.

All prices are based on costs at the time of publication. Smart Voyage and Safaris Limited reserves the right to change the prices at any time before your booking is made. Smart Voyage and Safaris will confirm price changes, if any, together with our confirmation of your booking.

PAYMENT

Upon receipt of tour confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total tour charges shall become payable, the balance being due and payable 45 days beforethe departure date. In the event of bookings being affected less than 60 days before departure, the full amount charged will forthwith be payable

Where credit cards are used, we impose a 3.9% charge as bank suffices charges.

CANCELLATION NOTICE

All cancellations must be in writing, via fax or mail and be acknowledged by Smart Voyage and Safaris.

• We reserve the right to change the rates advertised.
• If you request changes to this tour, the advertised rates will likely change.
• Rates include a fixed budget for flights during this tour. If flights cost more, your quote will reflect this.
• The exact order, contents and rates of this tour are subject to availability.
• We shall suggest a comparable alternative if the accommodation is fully booked.

PAYMENTS POLICY

Once a tour confirmation has been issued a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour charge shall be payable and the balance should be paid 45 days before the departure date. In the event a tour is booked less than 60 days before departure, the full amount should be paid.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be documented in writing and sent via email. Smart Voyage and Safaris will do a confirmation of receipt to acknowledge the cancellation request. 50% of the deposit made is non-refundable.

All cancellations received in writing and agreed upon between the client and Smart Voyage will receive the following refund:

• 55-49 days: 50 % refund of payment already made excluding the non-refundable deposit
• 48-42 days: 25 % refund of payment already made excluding the non-refundable deposit
• 41 days or less: 0 % refund of payment already made excluding the non-refundable deposit

No refund will be given to the following:

• Itinerary Amended After Departure
• There will be no refunds from Smart Voyage and Safaris for any unused portions of the tour.
• Lost Travel Time or Substitution of Facilities.
• No tour refund is available should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it before its completion.

ITINERARY CHANGES

Please note that the itinerary we provide you with is an intended itinerary and may vary due to logistical reasons. We will strive to provide every activity on the itinerary or where possible we will replace the activity with a suitable substitution.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance cover is included in our prices for the services booked with us. We strongly recommend that you take comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accidents, personal baggage, money, and public liability before you travel.

We take no responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred whilst you are taking part in any optional activities that are outside the services booked with us.

We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings at any time during the duration of your safari.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Under no circumstances can Smart Voyage and Safaris be held responsible for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of our itinerary.
